Best buys under $500,000

Two good buys here. Home in SY is a little bit of Oregon in the SYV, very woodsy with seasonal creek, in very good condition, ready for you to move in. Los Olivos fixer looks out on Montanaro's green acres, needs some work but is the real estate formula for success: the lowest priced home in a good neighborhood. Nice pool, too.
